Void Agreement, Void Contract, & Voidable Contract शुन्य सम्झौता, शुन्य करार, शुन्यकरणिय करार

1. Void Agreement - शुन्य सम्झौता शुन्य सम्झौता बास्तबमा करार नै होइन तरपनि एस्लाई करारको प्रकारमा राखिन्छ ताकि बिध्यर्थिहरुलाई शुन्य करार र शुन्य सम्झौता बिचको फरक बुझ्न सहज होस्। कुनैपनि कार्य गर्न वा नगर्न दुइ वा दुइभन्दा बढी पक्ष हरुबीच भएको त्यस्तो सम्झौता जसलाई कानुन द्वारा प्रवर्तन गर्न सकिदैन र कसको कानुनी प्रभाब सुरु देखिनै शुन्य हुन्छ। त्यस्तो सम्झौताले कानुनी सम्बन्ध स्थापित नै गर्न सक्दैन जसकारणले गर्दा एक पक्षेले आफ्नो दाइत्वो पुरा नगरेमा अर्कोपक्षेले निजको बिरुद्द उजुर गर्न सक्दैन। जस्तै : असम्भब कार्यको लागि गरिएको सम्झौता प्रदिफल बिना को सम्झौता अझ स्पस्ट हुनेगरी भन्नेहो भने भोज, भतेर, पिकनिक, तथा सिनेमा हेर्न जाने भनि गरिएका सम्झौता सम्झौता गर्दाको बखत देखिने कानुनी प्रभाव शुन्य हुने सम्झौता लाइनै सुन्या सम्झौता भनिन्छ। 2. Void Contract : सुन्य करार करार गर्दाको बखत कानुनी दाइत्वो सिर्जना हुने तर पछि गएर केहि कारण बस कानुनी प्रभाव शुन्य हुने सम्झौतालाइ नै शुन्य करार भनिन्छ। निम्न कारण बाट करार शुन्य हुन सक्छ आकस्मिक असम्भाब्यताका कार
